Comment “GOLDFISH” and I’ll send you the recipe and the link to the cutter 🧡🐟

These 4-ingredient goldfish crackers have a little secret… there are veggies baked right in 🥕.

Just cheddar cheese, butter, steamed carrots, and gluten-free flour — that’s it!

They’re crispy, cheesy, and taste just like the classic… but with a little extra nutrition built in.

I love having snacks like this on hand because my kids think they’re getting a fun treat, and I know they’re getting something nutritious.

Save this for your next snack prep 🤍

Comment “links” for the link to the food safe popits I use and my homemade Healthy Gogurt recipes!

⭐️ Follow for more simple, fun, healthier recipes ⭐️

To make the Popit Yogurt Melts, you can use whatever yogurt your kids love! To make it easier, use a pouch yogurt or tube yogurt to squeeze a small amount into each popper. Freeze for 4 hours, pop out, and enjoy! They melt quickly, so I recommend keeping them in the freezer until ready to eat.

Comment “recipes” and I’ll send you the printable recipes for these healthier Gogurts and the links for these disposable wrappers and reusable silicone ones we also use.

⭐️ Follow for more simple, fun, healthier recipes ⭐️

There are so many possibilities for homemade Gogurts! Just blend together 1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt and 1 cup fruit. Then pour into a disposable or reusable wrapper. If your kids are used to sweeter yogurt, I’d recommend using sweeter fruit (like banana) or adding a bit of honey.

🍑 Peach - I cup peeled and chopped peach flesh + 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
🍓🍌 Strawberry Banana - 1/2 cup chopped strawberries + 1/2 cup chopped banana + 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
🍍🥭 Tropical - 2/3 cup chopped mango + 1/3 cup chopped pineapple + 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

This is the prettiest way to serve a drink this spring! Comment links and I’ll send you the link to the silicone mold and water purifier I used. 🌼

Sometimes the smallest things in the kitchen make the biggest difference.

I made these little “flower” ice cubes with sliced oranges, lemons, and limes arranged in a silicone mold, and they make any glass of water feel a little more special. 🍊🍋

If you’ve followed me for a while, you know I’ve always cared about the quality of the ingredients I use…including our water. As a mom and holistic nutritionist, clean water has always been important to me. But I’ve learned that not all water filters are created equal, and things like chlorine in tap water can affect taste, clarity, and even the quality of the recipes we make.

We recently started using the Santevia Glass Water System, and I’ve been really impressed. It filters out over 90 contaminants (including chlorine and fluoride) and adds minerals back in, so the water is clean and mineral-rich. I love using it for everything. From cooking and making tea to filling the kids’ water bottles and even making these citrus ice cubes.

And the glass design is gorgeous. It actually sits right on my kitchen counter instead of being hidden away.

It’s one of those small kitchen upgrades that quietly improves so many everyday things we make and drink.

If you care about your ingredients like I do, you need to care about your water too. Try the Glass Water System. 💧

These Chocolate Pretzel Bunnies and Chicks are such a fun treat to make for Easter! 🐰🐤

⭐️ Follow for more simple, festive treats! ⭐️

We’re kind of obsessed with chocolate covered pretzels, and these were so simple to make! I just added some naturally dyed chocolate, natural sprinkles, and mini dark chocolate chips and these cuties were ready!

✨ Chocolate Pretzel Bunnies and Chicks ✨
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, decorate mini pretzels (see below), freeze for 5 minutes, remove and enjoy!
🐰 To make the bunny: fill a mini pretzel with white chocolate, add 2 pink sprinkles in the ears, a broken pink sprinkle for the nose, and a broken blue sprinkle for the eyes. (Tip: I found it easiest to wet my finger so the sprinkle would stick and then place it on top of the chocolate.)
🐥 To make the chick: fill a mini pretzel with white chocolate dyed with natural yellow colorant, add a mini dark chocolate chip for an eye and an orange sprinkle for the beak.

I love carrot cake. I just don’t love the sugar spike that usually comes with it.

So I made a high-protein, sugar free version and tested it.
They scored a 99 on my CGM.
No spike.
No crash.

Still soft, moist, and topped with creamy frosting.
You don’t have to skip the cupcake to feel your best.
Sometimes you just need a better version.

Save this for Easter 🤍
