Lisset’s Pilates classes are growing every day. Did you also know she is an experienced Yoga Instructor? Yoga Sculpt flows between poses to build strength, bolster balance, & enhance mobility. Props such as weights are used & no yoga experience is required.
5:00pm & 7:00pm are times we are looking to add classes in the Fall so give them a try!
Lisset Soza believes in movement for the mind and tailoring your practice to your body’s needs.
She studied Ballet Burn directly under Lori Williams and is Physique57 Barre certified.
Lisset received her Yoga Certification from Prana Das Yoga and has studied in person from Carling Harps and Patrick Beach. She has Yoga Alliance CEUs from Awakening Yoga & Jason Crandall Yoga Method.
She also has certifications in HIIT,
Barre, Yoga, Yin, Mobility & CPR.
Having danced her whole life,
she continues to dance & practice
partner acrobatics both locally
and while traveling. Her hobbies
include dance, acro yoga, hiking,
traveling and reading.
