We are a family that lives with light, laughter, love and lavender. As a Certified Aromatherapist, They are my "Why".

I began this journey as a doTERRA Wellness Advocate for my family. I do this to provide for them in many different ways. Jasmine’s trip to the vet. She’s made mom a liar by being a VERY good girl for everyone. We LOVE our vet and everyone there is just the best. Shout out to for being so wonderful.

Thank you for my beautiful new journal! It is so lovely packaged and made it feel so special to begin my first verse. I needed this help to really get into my personal Bible Study habits. I’m loving it so far!!

It’s been a minute since I’ve posted. Lol
But I had to dig deep today into my aromatherapy background to make a blend for my son who is battling some nasty skin stuff.
This super power house blend should do the trick. I also have him taking an on guard softgel and a turmeric duo capsule. Gotta fight skin stuff inside and out.

Such a cool moment homeschooling!
In her math lesson they talked about the Lotus flower in China. I gave her an extra cool experience in smelling Blue Lotus essential oil while she did her lesson. 🌸

When you have a garden you always have something to bring to a friend’s house for a bbq. “Can’t go arms swinging” as my mother in law would say.
I took a box and put some tissue paper in it with some zinnias, basil, tomatoes, peppers and cucumber in it. I also put a jar of dried tulsi and peppermint for respiratory supportive tea. 🪴

Finding balance right now is challenging. I have so much I want to get done but when the kids go in the pool I have to be lifeguard. So I’m learning to let go of the dishes piled in the sink and everything else to be present in the moment with them.
But I still managed to make a healthy breakfast for myself to enjoy poolside.
Are you balancing the work/summer life right now?

My poor son has brutal poison ivy all over. So I usually make him these bath satchets with oatmeal and whatever herbs I have on hand. I had some dried chamomile and lavender from my neighbor’s garden last year so I added that to the oatmeal. It’s super soothing to the skin. When he gets out I will apply a dandelion salve which has helichrysum, Roman chamomile and blue tansy in it plus apply a layer of the doterra diaper ointment. The diaper ointment has SO many uses outside of its intended use for babies.

Hi! I have a lot of new people here which is AMAZING! But a viral video also comes with a price of some. Not so nice comments. lol
So for all the new people here, I apologize now. You won’t find perfection here. You’ll see a family who firmly believes in Jesus and is standing in The Truth. You’ll see a dirty kitchen, a messy room, cabinets falling off and very well season cast iron pots, and much more. But it’s all because we are truly experiencing life together as a .
My daughter wanted muffins today so she went and made them. We hope you’ll stay to see our natural solutions journey.
