Granite County Medical Foundation Enhancing health programs in the Flint Creek and Rock Creek Valleys.

Our mission as the Foundation of the Granite County Hospital District is to provide support to the Hospital District and to improve the lives of our community residents and patients through philanthropic efforts. The Foundation’s fundraising efforts are intended to advance excellence in Granite County’s health care services and health education by providing financial support to maintain these critical services.

Due to extenuating circumstances that include a reduced number of board members, Granite County Medical Foundation will be unable to host Festival of Trees this year. The event will return in 2025. Despite our smaller board, GCMF has still supported summer food programs at both county schools, AED purchases and maintenance, the Philipsburg Skate Park and more this year. Thank you all for your understanding!

🎄The 2023 Festival of Trees was a tremendous success thanks to our decorators, sponsors, community members and The Ranch at Rock Creek. We raised $34,000 to benefit local healthcare programs. Merry Christmas and thanks to everyone who decorated, donated, attended and supported over the past decade. 🙏
