Here’s the story: This morning while preparing breakfast a gust of wind just blew open the front door and what could only be felt and described as a “visitor” or guest made themselves quite known. A spirit or ghost opened our front door and came in for a visit. We didn’t hesitate, ask questions , we simply prepared one more seat at the table to join us. Offered the first slice of fresh homemade bread, some fresh French press brewed coffee , some water and a candle to let this spirit know they were very welcomed to the home and table.
What would you have done?

A lazy morning enjoying every moment of Autumn.
Catching up on some reading, enjoying cool breezes and watching the leaves fall. Those who love this season really feel the magic in the air, it’s hard to articulate even for someone as verbose as me. lol
The colors, scents, feels. See? There’s too much to express in words. 🎃🍁

Look at those mums! 😍 My favorite Autumn flowers only second to the hydrangeas! Although you can’t see it I back at work editing and designing my NEW Tarot deck! It’s inspiring out here in the front porch , quiet, breezes, shaded and surrounded by pumpkins and mums. Ahhhh best time of year! 🍁🎃

It’s Hurricane season in Florida. ☔️
The rain never stops. No complaints! It’s so relaxing just laying on the couch , listening to it, the wind blowing, flashes of lightning. Candle lit rooms, pumpkin Spuce essential oils misting from the diffuser. Watching old Hammer films on TUBI.
No wonder I can’t sleep at night…. 😳

Some early Autumn Reading: Slavic Witchcraft by . This was gifted to me and what a pleasant surprise it is! What a refreshing alternative to most modern day regurgitated humdrum published dribble released on the public. This contribution has heart and soul. It’s unapologetic. It’s realistic. It’s not “witchy Cosplay” hidden self help slop mumbo jumbo. It’s cultural, experienced and based in actuality. I’m familiar with some experiences in this book and what I wasn’t peaked my interest. I love that Natasha has no gripes about the Orthodox/pre-Christian association and combination. THIS I’m quite familiar with and very comfortable with but Know it irks modern Neo-Pagans. However THIS is a cultural understanding and don’t expect others outside to easily adapt to that way of thinking. Pick it up and give it a read. Powerful and DEF not another Llewellyn poser witchcraft book. It’s gritty. Love it! Get your hands dirty reading it!
