Sometimes we get so overwhelmed with trying to get things done and doing things for others that we forget to take care of ourselves! Stress this time of year increases the chances or both illness and injury, so remember to take a break, take a breath and take also some time meditating on the true reason for the season as well. Dr. Susan will be out of the office Thursday July 17 - Monday July 28th. We will resume normal office hours Tuesday July 29th.
