Today we worked with an infant with a tongue and lip tie and a head tilt, a 5 year old with trouble sleeping and mouth breathing, an adult with chronic TMJ pain, and an infant with colic and reflux.🌸

We can’t believe 2025 is already coming to an end.

It’s been a big year full of change and growth at Wildflower Health and Healing.

We started 2025 in our Parsippany office and were blessed to serve all our wonderful clients there until May. Then, we moved to our new location in Phillipsburg, NJ. We’ve been so grateful for the opportunity to put down roots here and serve families in central and western NJ and Lehigh Valley PA. It’s been a year filled with so many exciting opportunities, new friends and amazing clients that we’re so honored to have to ability to help.

We’re finishing the year so grateful for all it’s held and so excited for all that’s to come in 2026!🎉✨🌸

We love a post CFT flop!

Craniosacral Fascial Therapy can be so helpful for little ones struggling with tension, colic, reflux, oral ties, nursing issues, sleep issues, constipation and more.

When we work to relieve whatever tension your baby may be holding, their body is able to fully relax. This is what we call the “CFT flop”, when all the tension melts away. We love to see our little ones get to be this relaxed and at peace after their appointments! 🌼
