The need for blood is constant and only volunteer donors can fulfill that need for patients in our community. Nationwide, someone needs a unit of blood every 2 to 3 seconds and most of us will need blood in our lifetime.

March 30th is Doctors’ Day!
Annually this day is set aside to appreciate physicians who help save our lives every day.
The holiday first started in 1933 in Winder, Georgia.
Today we thank all doctors, who’ve spent so much time and energy mastering their field of expertise.
Doctors’ Day was unofficially celebrated for many years before it became a legal holiday, and on October 30, 1990, it was signed into legislation.

For the 7th straight year our Mitten Tree was a success! All donations are on their way to Ms. McDonald’s class of little ones. 💚 Thank you to all that donated hats, mittens, etc., you and your kindness is appreciated.
