What: Stretching with Foam Roller workshop

Where: Corvallis Community Center, 2601 NW Tyler Ave Corvallis OR, 97330
Located in the Oak Room
Materials needed: water, 36 " foam roller, yoga mat
Cost: $100 per person, cash only to be collected on the day of workshop.
Details: You will be taught how to self-massage & pin/stretch yourself in your extremities using the foam roller. The first hour will be focused on how to use your foam roller to open up your muscles from your waist down. The second hour will focus on the muscles and extremities from the waist up.

Meet your team of therapy animals. I have willow 13 years old, the original cat who joined sessions and rooms clients. Astrid the gray kitty with white paws who is the mom of 5 male cats I have kept. Percy 1 1/2 years old Astrid’s son, is also in training and Isis my dog she is 11 years old and going deaf. If my dog can be reactive just know it’s due to her hearing loss. Each animal chooses which clients sessions to attend. These pets will provide you with care and healing energy. Please always honor them when attending my facility. They work hard and play hard!

Sometimes therapy may be provided by willow and my dog. If you’re uncomfortable for any reason with an animal giving you good energy just let me know. Again though if you’re not an animal lover this is not the establishment for you! Some clients really love dog energy.
