Let's just say it:

You don't struggle because you don't know what to do.
You struggle because your life doesn't look like the plans you've been given.

Falling off isn’t the problem. That's normal. Feeling like you're starting over every time you do is where you get stuck in a loop.

You just need to learn how to keep going even when you 'fall off' or fail, and I'm here to help you do just that.

🏋️‍♀️If you’re over 35 and doing all the “right” things:
pushing hard, staying consistent…
but still feeling exhausted, inflamed, or stuck- this is your sign to shift.

Because your body isn’t the same as it was 10 years ago.
Your hormones have changed.
Your stress response has changed.

So the all-out, go-hard-every-day approach?
It doesn’t hit the same anymore.

Zone 2 cardio might not feel flashy…
but it’s one of the most powerful ways to:

You don’t need more discipline.
You need a plan that works when you’re tired, busy, and OVER it.

Motivation is a terrible strategy. It spikes, it dips, it disappears the second life gets full (kids, work, zero sleep… sound familiar?) And it changes during your cycle too.

So if your routine only works when you feel “on”…
of course it keeps falling apart.

That’s not a YOU problem.
That’s a SYSTEM problem.

Real results come from habits that still happen on your most chaotic days... not your perfect ones.

Lift the weights. Hold the babies. Have the wine. AND stop starting over every Monday. We're working for purpose not perfection.
