Something subtle happens once your internal authority comes back online: your life gets quieter. Not emptier - just quieter. You stop negotiating with yourself, you stop rehearsing explanations, and you stop looking around the room to see if your choices make sense to everyone else.
Decisions become simpler because you trust yourself enough to adjust if something isn’t right.
