when it comes to herbal remedies I always say… start small! The less the better. Simple simple simple!
ALTHOUGH! When it comes to pain, the more the merrier! Why? Well because everything works differently for different people so one thing that works for you may not work for someone else. PLUS some plants work together, just like people! Making for a better more potent plant, kinda like when we work together the possibility is endless! To I chose plants that work TOGETHER great! ✅
This pain salve has MANY different plants that are extremely powerful pain relievers, along with added benefits such as plants that help with acne, soothing, dulling scars, and preventing bruises BUT I wouldn’t use it on your face because of how powerful the mint is!! Or as a daily acne protection. (I’ll have other types available soon like unscented, cinnamon, lavender, and extra potant mint)
* Calendula — Helps calm inflammation, soothe irritated skin, and support healing of sore muscles and minor aches.
* Arnica — Traditionally used to reduce muscle pain, bruising, swelling, stiffness, and soreness.
