Elderberry syrup! 🌲
Packed with lots of vitamins!

Elderberry, ginger, cayenne pepper, local blackberry honey, lemon, three types of peppercorn, lions Maine tincture and LOVE!!

I have some bottles with chamomile extract! Helps for soothing those nasty colds and getting some good much needed rest. Although if you take this syrup it can help prevent you from getting the gross cold bugs going around!

Most elderberry syrups on the market are just elderberry but I like giving mine that extra cold killing kick! Been making and taking this for years ❤️

Shiitake mushroom himalayan salts! 🎉💙

We grew the mushrooms and I traded our Oregon ocean salt for Himalayan salt from a friend who harvested her own! 😍 We always use sustainably sourced goods.

Oregon sea salt is not as abundant as Himalayan salt is so the harvest makes a LOT less.

We will have some Oregon ocean salt available in the future. ❤️🌊🌲
