John Grimm Adult Foster Care, LLC is a neurological home that cares for individuals who have severe mental disabilities and physical handicaps. As a family business, we strive to provide our residents with the highest quality care available, and to help them recover and reclaim aspects of their life. Our goal is to help residents slowly, but steadily regaining some of the skills they lost due to s

trokes and other traumatic brain injuries. By law neurological homes cannot have more than 5 residents, and they must have 2 staff members on duty 24/7. This means we can provide each resident with individual attention that they would not normally receive in a nursing home. And on average adult foster cares cost two-thirds less than care facilities. Our caregivers do physical and speech therapy with our residents everyday, administer all client medications, and help residents with activities of daily living. But we provide for more than just medical needs: throughout the day residents have the option to take a walk in their wheel chair, play with our small house dog, pet the horses next door, garden, or schedule a fishing trip at our sister company Skyline County Living, LLC.
