I work with my body as my partner.💕

Staying active is one key component to longevity! Mobility, flexibility, strength training, dancing, walking, hiking, whatever I can. I rely on a trainer at times to keep me focused. For Personal Training in Vilcabamba I recommend Nick Derstine Fitness.

I chose my lifestyle very intentionally. I work to find balance. I also incorporate whole foods that make my body feel good, I take care of my emotional and mental needs, and do energy work.

The key is finding a system that works for you. I can coach you to find the balance you need to get the results you deserve. 💫
