AzLBHS’ reputation of providing quality care and its goal to provide unparalleled service to its clients has been its driving motivation to continue its services to the community. AzLBHS will develop a program that will cater to the needs of seriously mentally ill (SMI) clients, individuals with disruptive behaviors because of mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, substance abuse dependency and other psychosis.
The program will serve individuals from age 18 years old and above with behavioral health issues and/or mental health illnesses.

AzLBHS will be a licensed facility under the Arizona
Department of Health Services to offer Behavioral Health Services in a Residential Setting
