Kick off Marathon Month at OrangeTheory with our Run Strong Workshop! This interactive and educational seminar will give you the tools and knowledge to run pain-free all year long!

We will be covering topics such as:
- Optimal mobility for runners
- Strength needed in certain muscles to run efficiently
- Running mechanics for each body type
- Recovery strategies for post run soreness
