**Recipe: Mediterranean Ground Chicken Wrap with Hot Honey Feta Cream**
**Ingredients:**
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large whole wheat wraps
- 1 cup mixed greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons hot honey
**Directions:**
1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
2. While the chicken is cooking, prepare the wrap ingredients: wash and chop the mixed greens, halve the cherry tomatoes, slice the cucumber, and thinly slice the red onion.
3. Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the heat and let it cool slightly.
4. To assemble the wraps, lay a whole wheat wrap on a flat surface. Place a handful of mixed greens in the center, followed by a portion of the cooked ground chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and crumbled feta cheese.
5. Drizzle hot honey over the top, then fold in the sides of the wrap and roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top.
6. Repeat with the remaining wraps and ingredients. Serve immediately or wrap in foil for a meal on the go.
