My name is Emma Gould and I started Solstice Doula Services because I am passionate about helping women feel empowered and informed. Pregnancy and childbirth can be some of the most vulnerable and intimidating moments in life, and I believe it's important to make sure women feel educated, prepared, and supported to make informed decisions about their body, labor, and birth. As a birth doula, I pro

vide continuous labor support while honoring your specific needs, helping you and your birth partner prioritize your birth preferences throughout your labor and birth. My priority is creating a calm and safe environment where expecting parents feel encouraged to ask questions and seek guidance, knowing they will receive evidence-based information, support, and advice in return. I care about making all birth partners feel important, and I actively focus on including birth partners in all decision making about prenatal support, labor and birth, and postpartum. With an informed, supportive, and caring birth support team, we can demystify birth and create a warm and welcoming environment for you and your baby. Whether you're a seasoned pro or a first-time parent, I am here to reassure, acknowledge, validate, and encourage you through your unique journey. I believe there is value, dignity, and purpose in motherhood, and I look forward to supporting and caring for you through the experience of pregnancy, childbirth, and motherhood.
