T & T Health & Wellness is seeking detail oriented and reliable BHP. Master's Degree in Behavioral Health. Licensed: LPC/LCSW/LISAC & Unlicensed This is a PRN/On-call position.

Required to have:

1: Degree
2: License (LPC/LCSW/LISAC) & Unlicensed
3: Resume
4: Professional Insurance
5: Fingerprint
6: CPR/First Aid Certification
7: Valid ID

Position summary: Intake assessment & Treatment Planning. Monthly Treatment Planning & Clinical Review. Bi-weekly Clinical Oversight. Discharge process completion within 72hrs of discharge. Monthly BHP Compliance Form. Quarterly Survey Readiness Review w/detailed findings.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: From $75.00 per hour
