We don’t always get to choose what happens to us. But we do get to choose how we meet it. That’s where mantras can be powerful—simple words or phrases that anchor us back to courage, compassion, and perspective.

Try it:
💭 When life feels overwhelming → “I can handle this moment.”
💭 When fear takes over → “I am safe right here, right now.”
💭 When doubt creeps in → “I am enough as I am.”

Unhelpful thoughts love to show up uninvited: “You’re not good enough,” “They’re judging you,” “You’ll never get it right.” Yeah… we see you. 👀

Instead of letting them run the show, call them out. Name them, laugh at them, and chuck them straight into the f**k-it bucket. 🗑️💥

You don’t have to believe every thought you think. Some are just noise. Choose which ones get your energy—and which ones get the boot. ✨
