✨ Let's take a moment to celebrate Lisa Warwick-Arndt ✨

As a recent graduate of our Winter 200HR Teacher Training, she has been a dedicated member of the Razz Yoga community for the past 7 months!

Lisa began her yoga journey 7 years ago, and one of the most meaningful takeaways for her has been the deep sense of calm she’s discovered through the practice. The breathing techniques she’s learned have not only brought more peace into her everyday life but have also had a powerful impact on her overall fitness and well-being.

Her favorite pose? Warrior III—because it makes her feel strong. 💪

Her first class at Razz? Align + Flow 1 with Robin. Recovering from an injury, she found it to be the perfect introduction—gentle warmth and thoughtful movement through foundational poses.

When asked how yoga has changed her life, Lisa shared: “I feel more in control. I’m fully invested in this journey. From day one, Heather told me, ‘Trust the process’—and that’s become one of my mantras.”

Off the mat, you’ll often find Lisa outdoors—hiking, soaking in nature and spending time with her husband and their dogs. 🐾🌿 We’re so grateful to have Lisa as part of our Razz family and can’t wait to see where her teaching path leads next!

Instead of scrolling, try engaging in calming, screen-free activities like taking a quiet evening walk, journaling your thoughts, reading a physical book or practicing a gentle restorative pose like legs-up-the-wall.
