Last week, the Terros Health community came together to remember and celebrate Colleen Bonner’s life and legacy🕊️ We built a rock garden in her honor, wore sparkles (just as she loved), and released biodegradable balloons as we reflected on her lasting impact.

Colleen served Terros Health for 19 years, most recently as Manager of the McDowell LADDER team. She was a fierce advocate for her patients and her staff, leading with compassion, excellence, and heart.

Her legacy will continue through the teams she led, the people she uplifted, and the patients who felt her care.💖

Last week, we kicked off the year with our first THLT (Terros Health Leadership Team) meeting! 🌟 It was a great morning of connection, learning, and leadership development.

A big thank you to Peoria Fire-Medical Department for providing free vital checks to students and staff in the student union, and to Glendale Community College for generously hosting us. Looking forward to a strong year ahead! 💙

Our Campbell team in Tucson was proud to participate in the Snoop Dogg Arizona Bowl at ! 🏈

What makes the especially meaningful is that 100% of its profits go back to the community. We were honored to represent alongside nearly 100 other Southern Arizona nonprofits, and as a special highlight, our team was invited to carry our flag across the football field after the first quarter.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this event such a memorable way to give back. 💙

At the Golden Globes last night, the award-winning show, Adolescence, dedicated part of its spotlight to the incredible work of therapists and mental health professionals. We couldn’t agree more—thank you for the compassion, care, and commitment you bring every day. You all deserve a Golden Globe of your own. 🏆

When it mattered most, the OPP team sprang into action like true superheroes. 🦸‍♂️🦸‍♀️

Huge recognition to Isabelle and Casey, whose quick thinking and courage helped save a life using Narcan at the St. Vincent de Paul soup kitchen in Mesa. Your bravery and compassion made a real difference. Moments like these remind us why this work matters. 💙
