SUGAR-FREE CHOCOLATE FROSTING 😋
When I first made this, I didn’t measure. I received such a positive response and being asked for the recipe, that I made it again with measurements. This is a rich dark chocolate frosting, so if you prefer more of a milk chocolate, gradually add more powdered sugar. If you’re not able to find powdered sugar sweetener, you can make it with granulated sweetener by blending

2C (sweetener) powdered sugar
2/3C cocoa powder
1/2C unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/4C vegan spread (I use Earth Balance)
1/4tsp vanilla

Blend with a hand mixer or stand alone mixer. Enjoy 😃

🚫 LUNGE MYTH BUSTED

Myth:
Lunges are bad for your knees.

Truth:
Poor form is bad for your knees.

✅ What actually protects your knees:

• Knee tracking over toes
• Controlled movement
• Strong glutes and quads
• Proper stance width

❌ What causes discomfort:

• Rushing reps
• Letting the knee cave inward
• Too much weight too soon

Lunges build leg strength, balance, and stability.
When done right, they make your knees stronger, not weaker.
