🔮 My New Year's Prediction🔮
More and more clients have been asking lately about their work or business future in a world where automation and AI are becoming common. Here are a few things that have been coming up in recently channeled sessions:
Employees and entrepreneurs will not succeed only because of their technical skills or mastery of AI, but by other, more important human factors.
In the long run, companies and workers who will do well and rise to the top will be those who have a strong moral sense of right and wrong, who take responsibility for their actions, have sincere empathy and social insight, and actually care about other people and the environment.
Companies that choose to rely mostly on automation and AI will lose trust, legitimacy, acceptance, and support in a future society. No matter how "human" and "friendly" their AI systems may be trained to be.
So, having better AI systems and bots doing everything will not be what matters most, as all businesses will have these. It will matter more to have human intermediaries, supervisors, and leaders who are emotionally wise, truly empathetic, and socially intuitive in charge of those systems.
The organizations and businesses that will succeed most are the ones where real people will be clearly, believably and humanely responsible for business decisions, actions, and values, instead of algorithms and chatbots. Companies that dehumanize their customers and freeze out their clients behind a wall of tech will struggle and eventually fail.
AI models are not the only ones being trained to become smarter, but humans too. People will increasingly become more savvy at spotting what is non-human, insincere and fake...and they will take their business elsewhere.
