I'm so proud of all of my clients who completed the Super Simple Cleanse with me. Everyone lost weight just by eating whole foods. What a great way to detox right after the holidays.

Jenn’s Favorite Vegetarian Mexican Tacos

Chop a whole onion and sauté it with olive oil
¾ of a packet of taco seasoning (TJoe’s)
Add in a chopped red pepper
Add 1 whole yellow squash
Add 1 zucchini
2 bunches of baby broccoli
1 can organic black beans
½ can pinto beans
¼ to ½ cup raw pumpkin seeds
¾ of a can of tomato sauce (TJoe’s)
Let simmer for 15 minutes
Top with your favorite guacamole
Use Bibb lettuce as a taco shell
