"Why Do They Do That???"

Josh Mayo and myself have now made it our mission to revolutionize the walk-in tub industry's business model, ending once and for all the predatory nature of this industry. This is the first installment of "Why Do They Do That???". Each week, we will discuss one of the industry's many questionable business practices, why it's used, why we believe it's wrong, and what we've done to correct it. After a combined 30 years of experience working in this industry between us, Josh and I not only believed, we knew there was a better way. That is why we formed MAYO Walk-in Bathtubs . Because at the end of the day, it's not about buying and selling tubs. This business is about improving the quality of folks lives.
And that's exactly what we're going to do.

This just in...

"Absolutely the best purchase experience I've ever had, ever!"

When Josh installed my tub, he started the demo of my old tub at
8:00 am. At 11:30 am he came to the kitchen and said he was finished. I thought he meant he was finished with the demo and was going to take a lunch break or something. No, he meant he was DONE! He had removed my old tub, installed my new tub, and my bathroom was spotless!

It was barely lunchtime? I just couldn't believe it?

It was nothing short of incredible!
