Hey everyone! We have been growing a lot, which is awesome! But that growth comes with some downsides. A recent downside is there has been a lot people struggling with the process of getting scheduled. For clarity, I want to let everyone see how scheduling goes on our end. We hope this can provide understanding on how we do things!

1. We schedule on a first come first served basis.

2. We don't do walk-ins. Call or text for appointments please.

3. Office hours are 8-4 everyday. That doesn't mean that I will be here everyday, or every minute during 8-4. If you have an appointment I will be there for it.

4. If you have a family group that is 3 or more, you will likely need 5-7 days to guarantee a spot.

5. Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday are our busiest days. It is hard for us to do last minute appointments on these days.

6. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday are our slower days. It is easier to get last minute appointments and bigger groups in on these days.

And, if you yell at or are mean to Annie for any reason you will not be welcomed back. Non-negotiable.
