Behind-the-scenes of making flower offerings for the Chenrezig Immersion we're hosting at the this weekend with the Gaden Shartse Monks from India.

Usually you would need to travel to India or Nepal to stumble into this kind of opportunity - and to host it at our headquarters is a once-in-a-lifetime gift that pierces our hearts.

The entire LOTUSWEI team (& some of our most devoted partners) will be in retreat together this weekend with a group of people that said yes from the heart to a weekend of spiritual development – with a group of trained practitioners who have dedicated their entire life to the benefit of humanity.

I asked my spiritual teacher if he could share some words about the importance of this particular practice & what it could mean for people’s lives.

Here's what he shared with me:

"Wisdom has no price tag. Wisdom puts crypto currency to shame. Your life is your currency.

Realizing the nature of your wrong-doing is just beautiful. By yourself [and your own effort], you are liberated from your wrong doing, wrong understanding, wrong view. That’s pure wisdom. Nothing to blame.

It's very easy to understand this. If you are hungry, your thinking is affected. If you eat too much, your thinking is affected. Everything is affected when you're not balanced.

This Chenrezig practice helps you stop being a weakling, and develop [unshakable] calmness.”
