A morning at Church was the perfect reset to ground me for the week ahead.

As a Menopause & Life Coach, I know that health isn’t just about what’s on your plate… it’s about your mindset and your peace. After a great service, I’m coming home to fuel my body with the same intention.

I know how easy it is to get frustrated when the scale fluctuates. But I’ve learned to stop letting one number define my day. Instead, I’m looking at the big wins, better sleep, clearer skin and waking up without that heavy, bloated feeling.

Today’s lunch is a masterclass in anti-inflammatory fueling. Firstly, protein to beat the mid-day slump. Stuffed mushrooms for that nice savory fix. Added a little pineapple to naturally aid digestion and help remove bloating. Finally, lemon water to keep everything flushed and hydrated.

Progress isn’t just a number! It’s about how you show up for yourself, mentally, spiritually and physically. One week down and I am feeling lighter and more focused as I head into my March goals!
