Whether you are contemplating where & how to start your own journey to a healthier lifestyle, training for a specific race or event, or simply need an accountability partner to keep you on track with your goals, I have the experience, knowledge and resources to help you achieve your goals! Every journey begins with a single step and never truly ends, as we are ALL continually learning and growing!

And as most of us have experienced, having a coach there for strength & support to keep us going in the right direction makes the journey so much easier and more enjoyable to steer the course! Health and Fitness is truly my passion in life and I am so thrilled that I now get to share it with people on a daily basis as my chosen career! My fitness experience ranges in everything from competitive swimming, weight lifting/body building, various distance triathlons including multiple Half Iron Man distances, various Bikini figure competitions, Full and Half Marathons. So no matter what your goals are, you can count on me to help you reach them! And for much less than you would pay at a commercial gym for the same 45 minute session!

A few Post-show Pics! Unfortunately, the food and wine are the only physical awards I went home with, as I did not place in my class. However, I’m not letting it discourage me too much, as I knew that I’d be competing in a whole other league of the best of the best, and feel like I hung with the big girls on stage pretty well.💪 I brought my best package yet, and just keep getting better each time. Special thank you to my family, friends, and Coach for all their support and cheering me on!🙏💙 I’m sad Kiarra wasn’t able to join me on stage this time, due to her knee surgery at the end of April, but we’ve still got one more shot next year before she goes to college!🤞And I’m not done yet… next stop, Baltimore in 4 weeks for an actual 35+ Master’s Pro division!!👊

Happy Flex Friday!! This is quite a special one for me- my last light pump workout before Show day…. And not just any show, it’s the Freakin’ YORTON CUP!🏆🤩👊 So excited and nervous at the same time! This is the Natural Body Building Pro World Championships, and also my Pro debut!😜 Special thanks and shout out to my coach that has helped guid me through this crazy week (and last few months) and helped trouble shoot some issues and frustrations ! So excited and ready for tomorrow! Let’s Gooo!!👊🙌🤩
