Reiki and Yoga Pop-up

Restore and Recharge with Sheila and Caren!

About the event:

After getting grounded and settled in our space, we will begin with a gentle stretch and flow for all levels guided by Sheila.

Then transition into Restorative Yoga (resting postures being held for long periods of time) being supported by bolsters & blocks.

While in these poses, Caren will offer Reiki to each person.

Reiki is an energy technique used to relax the mind and body. It can greatly reduce stress and anxiety, among many other benefits.

No yoga experience is necessary, and it is open to all levels.

There is no need for your own gear; we have mats, bolsters, blocks, and blankets!

Pop-Up Yoga with Reiki Class!

Hi Everyone!

I am so excited to invite you to my pop-up Yoga with Reiki class this Monday, led by me and the incredible Yoga instructor, Sheila K. This class is perfect for everyone, regardless of your yoga experience.

Date: This Monday, June 24
Time: 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM

About the class:
Sheila will start by guiding you through gentle grounding and settling, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere. From there, we'll ease into a gentle stretch and flow suitable for all levels, allowing your body to transition comfortably into the practice.

Next, we will move into restorative yoga, focusing on resting postures held for longer periods. We’ll provide bolsters and blocks to ensure you are comfortable and relaxed. During these restorative poses, Caren will offer Reiki to each participant, enhancing your relaxation and healing experience.

This class can help you relax, restore, and recharge. Unwind from the stresses of daily life, rejuvenate your body and mind through gentle yoga and supportive postures, and experience the combined healing of yoga and Reiki.

Please dress in comfortable clothing. We will provide yoga mats and props.
