Still waiting on baby like… 👀⏰ If you’re past your due date, here are some gentle, natural ways that may help encourage labor (always check with your provider first!):

🤍 Walk, walk, walk – Even slow strolls help baby move into position
🤍 Bounce on a birth ball
🤍 Prenatal stretches & yoga
🤍 Stay hydrated & eat nourishing foods
🤍 Warm showers or baths – Relaxation can help labor begin
🤍 Rest & reduce stress – Your body works best when calm
🤍 Spicy food / dates / raspberry leaf tea

Most importantly ❤️ Baby will come when they’re ready. Due dates are estimates, not deadlines! Trust your body and keep in close contact with your healthcare provider.
