If you have a moment, please take a couple seconds to vote for my dad’s photo, a beautiful sunset taken on from the bay in Cape May, NJ.

He has made it all the way to the semi-finals which is amazing! Voting ends tonight at 10pm and you have to be in either in first or second place to go on to the final round. He’s currently sitting in third. You can vote once per day!

If he wins, his designated charity is Phoenixville Area Community Services (PACS). This money would mean so much to our community in need. Please help us to help them!

I tried something a little different and learned some of my town’s history in the process. A local client asked me to design a few shadow boxes using artifacts that had been dug up on her property. The original part of the house on the property dates back to 1798 after being constructed by Quakers. Throughout its history, it was an inn, a general store, and a home.

Artifacts have been unearthed by the Chapter 21 Society of Pennsylvania Archaeology. My role in this was taking some of those pieces of history and creating a display for the home.
