If you've talked to me about my work before... you know I love everything about it.

One of the things I especially love about this "work" is that while receiving treatment clients get the deep healing rest their body has been craving all their life. In this space of deep sacred rest while they recieve Reiki and Myofascial Release treatment, the body is able to unwind and release patterns of tension, worry, and stress that have been hardwired into the nervous system. While this is happening, they experience peace, they recieve insight on their challenges and simultaneously receieve insight to the solution.

When you receive this work, you get what you need, and what you are ready for, every single time! There is no wasted minute, no guess work, no maybes, it works everytime 🥰

Experience it for yourself! We all need care and the clients who book multiple sessions within one week are getting stellar results that have a real impact in their day to day life! I find that giving your body, mind, and spirit a healing boost at the start really speeds up your process and then shifting to less frequent sessions keeps you moving towards your goals and feeling amazing as you do!

Unpopular opinion.... the path to healing is more simple than you've been led to believe!

Everything you're trying to manage or handle... stress, overwhelm, chronic fatigue, pain, etc.

It all started with an energy imbalance.

The root cause is energetic and in my treatment space we work on identifying the specific energy imbalances and then heal them through multiple modalities: through Reiki, Myofascial Release, Realization Process Meditation, and through using the scientific principles that are needed to create real changes that last in your energy, your brain, your body.
