All four Health Care Access programs (Dental, Vision, Prescription, and Mammogram) have been developed over the years to specifically address important unmet health care needs within the uninsured/underinsured population in the Greater Phoenixville area. We serve the 19 boroughs and townships surrounding Phoenixville in both parts of Chester and Montgomery Counties. Since our inception in late 1999, we have successfully connected over 19,000 people who lacked adequate insurance with local specialized medical services through our unique community provider model.
•The Dental Program provides preventative care, basic restorative procedures, and emergency services to qualifying children and adults. Required treatment is always covered for children, while scope of care for adults is limited to cleanings, exams, x-rays, fillings, extractions, and help with the cost of dentures or partials.
•The Vision Program provides eye exams; basic and diagnostic eye care; and frames, lenses, or contacts to eligible individuals.
•The Prescription Program helps qualified individuals without prescription coverage to access Patient Assistant Programs (PAP’s) offered by drug companies that provide free or reduced-cost medicine. We also help clients obtain emergency supplies of medications.
•The Mammogram Program, which is a partnership with Phoenixville Hospital and Community Radiology at Penn, assists women (and men) to obtain a free mammogram screening, with funding available for further diagnostics, if indicated.

Meet Bea* - our very appreciative and thoughtful client who brought her out-of-town mom to our office just to express her gratitude and gift us homemade rice pudding (which she has graciously dropped off to us before too!)!💜
Although we can’t personally visit our many donors and providers (or distribute copious amounts of rice pudding!), we hope you get a sense of our deep gratitude and the appreciation of the community whose needs we meet together.

Our Story
All five Health Care Access programs (Dental, Vision, Prescription, Mammogram, and Immigration Assistance) have been developed over the years to specifically address important unmet health care needs within the uninsured/underinsured population in the Greater Phoenixville area. We serve the 19 boroughs and townships surrounding Phoenixville in parts of both Chester and Montgomery Counties. Since our inception in late 1999, we have successfully connected over 16,000 people who lacked adequate insurance with local specialized medical services through our unique community provider model.
•The Dental Program provides preventative care, basic restorative procedures, and emergency services to qualifying children and adults. Required treatment is always covered for children, while scope of care for adults is limited to cleanings, exams, x-rays, fillings, extractions, and help with the cost of dentures or partials.
•The Vision Program provides dilated eye exams; basic and diagnostic eye care; and frames, lenses, and contacts to eligible individuals.
•The Mammogram Program, which is a partnership with Phoenixville Hospital and Community Radiology, assists women (and men) aged 40+ to obtain a free mammogram screening, with funding available for further diagnostics if indicated.
•The Prescription Program helps qualified individuals without prescription coverage to access Patient Assistant Programs (PAP’s) offered by drug companies that provide free or reduced-cost medicine. We also help clients obtain emergency supplies of medications.
The Immigration Services Program assists residents with immigration questions, provides advice and counsel, and can assist with applications/petitions to the United States Citizenship and -Immigration Services (USCIS).
