Hopefully Spring has really finally arrived! As you get out there and begin your gardening and spring clean-ups just remember some important things:
-Bend at the knees when picking up heavy items.
-Do not overdue the amount of time you spend on one project-take breaks to rest.
-Drink plenty of water.
