Supporting our Eye Health through Therapeutic Eurythmy

March 27, 2025

Our eyes as well as our vitality can be stressed through excessive computer or screen time. In this webinar we will focus on invigorating our life forces which in turn can nourish our eyes and aid their mobility.
Through specific eurythmy movements that breathe between the polarities of forward/backward, above/below, left/right we can re-enliven our
connection to three-dimensional space and aid in releasing eye strain and tension.

Consciousness and love given to the spaces we spend time in can promote our overall well-being. SPECIAL ONLINE EVENT NEXT WEEK!

An Unfolding Flower: The Spiritual Growth and Development of Children, with Adam Blanning

March 5, 2025 at 3:30 pm HT, 5:30 pm PT, 6:30 pm MT, 7:30 pm CT, 8:30 pm ET.

Children mature on different levels with different timelines. As a general rule, children first work to take hold of a new capacity within themselves, within their body, and within their physiology. When that is practiced and "ripe," we see a refinement of that capacity go out towards the outside world. We could describe it this way: a breath into ourselves, a breath towards the outside world. We will explore how this unfolds over the first 21 years of life, on the levels of growth, emotion, and self-identity.
