Thai Yoga Bodywork is a deeply restorative healing practice that blends assisted stretching, acupressure, breathwork, energy balancing, and mindful touch to support the body, mind, and nervous system.
Rooted in ancient Thai healing traditions, this practice is often described as “meditation in motion” ~ guiding the body into gentle stretches and opening energetic pathways to release tension, improve mobility, and restore flow throughout the entire system.
Unlike traditional massage, Thai Yoga Bodywork is performed fully clothed on a mat, allowing the practitioner to intuitively work with the body through rhythmic movement, compression, rocking, and supported stretches. This creates space for the fascia to soften, the nervous system to regulate, and the body to shift out of survival mode into a state of deep relaxation and healing.
