Uniquely designed skilled nursing facility consisting of two 60 bed facilities based on the concept of small households that accommodates 30 residents with a focus of all the comforts of home. Each household accommodates 30 residents and features resident centered dining room, living area, den, covered porch and courtyard with a focus of all the comforts of home. The center offers spacious private rooms and companion rooms all with private baths.
