We’ve got 2 promotions to celebrate at Body Ache Escape and I’m pretty pumped about both of them.

Kamille and Paige are officially moving up to Advanced Therapist.

And no, we do not just hand that title out because someone is nice and shows up on time.

They earned it.

Kamille has this way of making people completely melt into the table. Like, full-body exhale, forgot-your-password, what-year-is-it kind of relaxed. People love her because she’s calm, intuitive, and ridiculously good at what she does.

Paige is the one who finds the weird spot you didn’t even mention because you forgot it was bothering you until she touched it. Her work is smart, thorough, and effective in that sneaky way that makes you realize halfway through your massage that she absolutely knows what she’s doing.

They’re very different therapists, which I actually love. Different styles. Different strengths. Same result... people keep rebooking them and then acting a little possessive.

I’m really proud of both of them. They’ve grown a lot, they take their work seriously, and this promotion is very deserved.

Some people book a massage because they want to relax.

And some people book because their body is absolutely over it.

Let’s call her Lisa.

Lisa came in because her neck and shoulders were a mess. She had been pushing through it for weeks, maybe longer. Bad sleep. Too much stress. Sitting too much. Doing that thing we all do where we keep hoping it’ll just go away on its own.

It didn’t.

By the time she got here, turning her head was annoying, her shoulders were tight as rocks, and even her low back had decided to join the party.
