Here’s what you don’t need to get started:
* New workout clothes
* Bougie gym membership
* Fancy gym equipment

Instead what you do need to get started is:
* A plan
* Accountability
* Support

You need a plan to know where you’re starting, where you’re going, and what the process looks like to get there.

You need accountability because consistency is the biggest determinant of success.

You need support because nothing goes according to plan. So what do you do when life punches you in the face?

If you need help with a plan, accountability, and support, I’m your guy.

Shoot me a DM and let’s build something that’s right for you.

If you need help with style advice, I’m 100% not your guy.

Let’s stop with this nonsense.

Aside from an extremely traumatic injury, your leg length is not the reason you have back pain.

I get it. Everybody likes to start fresh.

But you’ve told yourself before that you’d start on Monday. That you’d start fresh at the beginning of the month. Then it turned into starting in the New Year.

Well this new year, checks all the boxes.

It’s time, right?

You promised yourself last year and the year before.
“This is going to be my year! I’m going to make a change.”

And maybe you do, for the first 2 weeks of the year.

And then what happens? Do things start to slide? Do you get up a little later? Do you skip the gym one day? And then another?

And then before you know it, you’re right back into the same pattern you were before the New Year.

So why does this happen? Year after year?
New Year resolutions aren’t bad, the problem is with the lack of planning and support on how to keep making progress and keep moving forward, vs giving up at the first sign of struggle.

If you knew how to do it, you would have by now.

There’s no amount of “will power” that’s going to get you to your goals.

So this year, instead of focussing on what, focus on the how.

Get support. Get a coach. Get a plan.
