Exactly 3 weeks ago I added multiburn to my healthy weight program. In that time frame I have lost 7 pounds, 6 inches off of my waist and 4 inches off of my hips. What a busy week and weekend. I wanted to give a shout out to the individuals who chose to make a healthy change to their eating habits:
Erin and Noah - Erin starting on the MultiBurn and the both of them on a new program to jump start their new healthy eating to lose the stubborn extra pounds.

Jason - starting on the Multiburn for the extra energy in his workouts and to help in him getting lean

Kristen - Adding Multiburn to her current program to continue to get great results

Lisa - Adding Multiburn for the extra enegy and slimming of the waist and hips

What another beautiful day! Got my 3.2 miles in with no incidents lol. But seriously, there is nothing better than getting fresh air and enjoying the beauty. Mental clarity and focus, and well maybe some sweat but you will feel so good after.
