I eat good, I get my time outside but lately I feel like complete crap. Turns out my Vitamin D isn’t the only thing tanking -so is my iron. People, life is tough enough. Listen to your body. If you can’t come up with a logical reason as to why you feel horrible, then you need to investigate things further. And you don’t have to try to figure it out alone. I can help!
