Our residents and staff had an amazing time celebrating together ! From festive decorations to lots of laughter and smiles, the building was filled with joy and a little extra luck of the Irish. 💚

We enjoyed great food, fun activities, and wonderful fellowship that truly brought everyone together. Moments like these remind us how special our PHCC family is and how much we cherish the time spent making memories with one another.

Thank you to our incredible staff for making this so special for our residents—we are so grateful for all that you do every single day!

Your compassion, dedication, and hard work make a difference in the lives of our residents every single day. From nursing and dietary to housekeeping, activities, maintenance, and administration — it truly takes a team, and we are grateful for each one of you. ❤️

As a small token of our appreciation, we treated our staff to a Taco Bar today! 🌮🎉 It’s just one way to say thank you for the care, kindness, and commitment you show daily.

Terranisha began her journey with us as a Certified Nursing Assistant, where she showed compassion, hard work, and a true heart for our residents. Through her commitment and determination, she has grown into her current role as a Medication Aide Certified (MAC), continuing to make a difference every single day.

Her dedication, loyalty, and love for our residents and team do not go unnoticed. We are so proud of her growth and so thankful for the positive impact she has made over the past 16 years.
