Synergy Yoga and Wellness offers programs to help reduce stress, calm the mind, and tone the body. She is nationally accredited through Yoga Alliance.

Charlee Duvall, Yoga Instructor, M.Ed., RYT
Charlee Duvall brings 30 years teaching experience to the yoga mat. She Holds two Master’s Degrees in Education and has worked 28 years with special needs students. Her style, Amrit Yoga, is a blending of Praynayama (rhythmic breathing), Hatha Yoga (physical postures), and Kripalu Yoga (meditation). Using this style of yoga, Charlee will help you reduce stress and rejuvenate your body through rhythmic breathing; tone and strengthen your body through physical postures; and release your mind and calm your spirit through meditation. In today’s fast-paced culture, all of these skills are necessary to function successfully at your highest potential.

In addition to Yoga, Synergy offers crafting classes for meditative focus and well being. Presently being offered: Zen Crochet Always wanted to learn to crochet but never had the opportunity? Now is the time to satisfy that new desire, and begin the New Year with a New Skill! Learn to meditate by using your hands, allowing your mind to relax and release the stresses of everyday life.
Synergy Yoga and Wellness is now offering Beginner’s Crochet Classes:

What: Beginner’s Crochet

Where: Synergy Yoga & Wellness
Located at 100 Hollywood Dr, Piedmont, SC

When: Friday mornings 9am to12pm Beginning January 10, 2020

Description: 6 week course to include basic crochet stitches and patterns for simple projects for practice. Handedness is not an issue. (Left handed? You’re in luck, so am I!)

Materials: * Bring 1 skein of 3ply acrylic yarn. Color of your choice. (Black is not a good color for beginning because it is hard to see your work.)
*Crochet hook: size G or larger.
*A willingness to learn and practice.

Cost: $50 payable the first day of class by cash or check.

Synergy Yoga and Wellness is pleased to announce the opening of "The Fairy Market", located at 100 Hollywood Drive, Piedmont, SC 29673. Hours: Fridays 10am to 5pm and Saturdays 2 - 5pm. Come shop for Christmas. It's a great place to find gift items and stocking stuffers!

Studio space is "L" shaped and roomy enough accommodate large classes, yet cozy enough for individual classes as well. Soothing colors add to the relaxing atmosphere to create a stress free experience.
