Piedmont Family Practice will be closed tomorrow, January 22,2025 due to inclement weather. We will be reaching out to reschedule any currently scheduled appointments. Please stay safe and warm!

Piedmont Family Practice will be closed on Monday Sptemer 30 due to continued outages. We plan to be open on Tuesday. We will reschedule all missed appointments once we are back in the office. Right now, Spectrum is still out so we may continue to have issues with phones and internet until all services are restored. We hope everyone is safe and that power outages are resolved soon!

We are thrilled to announce that our phones are finally fixed! 864-845-3331 works again as usual. Thank you all for your patience and understanding as we have been going through this phone issue!

Beginning on Monday, our phone system will be back up and running! We appreciate everyone’s patience over the past few weeks while our system was malfunctioning. We are once again able to answer the phone, access messages left on the Rx line, check voicemails, and respond on the Patient Portal. Thank you for your understanding! If you left a message recently and did not get a response, please check back with us now that our system is back up and we have full access to check our messages. We sincerely apologize for all of the recent inconvenience and are grateful for the continued trust you place in PFP and its Providers to take care of your healthcare!

*edit: This obviously did not work as expected. We are so sorry for the continued issues. Until further notice, please call us at 864-625-1727 instead of our usual main #. This will work just like our regular # and give you access too Rx line, front office, etc. we hope to get the usual number back up soon.
