📣 Let's talk about Deep Tissue & Trigger Point Therapy 🙌🏻 - Many instantly think PAIN whenever they hear me say that's what I specialize in : it's important to understand that chronic muscle pain & tension can significantly impact your daily life. Often, persistent pain originates from specific, irritable spots within muscles called trigger points. These "knots" can develop from overuse, injury, stress, or poor posture, & they can send pain signals to other areas of your body "referred pain".
Whenever I find all your knots, I will then deactivate these trigger points. I do this by directly addressing the source of your pain.
