Every year since I have turned 40.
I have celebrated by gifting others online/inperson on my birthday usually it’s something:
I’ve created,
handmade/homemade,painted or even virtual readings.
Some art has even made it to Australia!

This year hit a little different,so many changes,and so many more to come in the next few weeks.
I am forever grateful for having the opportunity in this life to do what I truly love.
Ai may be-able to take over certain careers in the future.
But it will never have the
HEART & SOUL of a Massage Therapist.

I was incredibly taken back by a recent review that came in as a “Check -in” on Facebook.
But truthfully -
After the session was over we talked,and her words just hit home that moment.I was overcome with gratitude for the good,the bad everything all at once that made me who I am.
Maybe somehow she knew what I needed in that moment intuitively.

It’s not easy to set up a practice where nobody knows you,but I never even added that into the equation.

Taking a leap of faith,requires you to throw out every preconceived notion
You may hold in your mind.

My style is different,I hold space for so many different types of people.I hold reverence for who they are body/mind/spirit.My practice is intentionally low-volume.You aren’t just a number,you become part of the Journey in this life.

To me massage/bodywork/intuitive work is a sacred dance,based on trust,awareness and teamwork as it was taught to me from those who passed down their knowledge of “all the things” as it relates to your heart.
