*This special is for free diagnostics only on vehicles that can be brought to us. We will throughly inspect your vehicle and let you know what, if any issues we find. We will then build an estimate to let you know the cost of the repairs. No work will be done to your vehicle and you won’t be charged unless you approve the repairs.

Grateful for the family time this week and seeing God’s beautiful artwork with the historic snowstorm that hit our area. We are also grateful for the sunshine and being able to get Ashworth Mechanical Services back up and running. Thank you to everyone who has already called and scheduled appointments with us. We appreciate you supporting our small business.
Just a reminder: Our scholarship deadline for high school seniors is March 1st. If you know a high school senior planning to pursue a college education for any type of mechanic work, please tag them or refer them to our page and encourage them to fill out a scholarship application. Thank you and please feel free to share and help spread the word.

Through my experience in the automotive repair industry, one thing I have always been passionate about is teaching the younger generation about mechanic work and giving back to the industry. This is why we are offering a scholarship to a high school senior interested in mechanic work. Starting Monday January 6, 2025, we will also be offering appointments for teens and young adults who would like to bring their vehicle by for us to show them how to check their own oil, coolant, tire pressure, brakes, etc. If you have a teenager just starting out with a vehicle or one that travels to and from college and you’d like them to learn how to properly check and maintain their vehicle, this is the perfect opportunity for them to do that. This will be offered free of charge, however, if you’d like to make a donation towards our scholarship fund, you are welcome to do so as we hope to increase the amount of the scholarship in the future.

We are excited to announce our first Ashworth Mechanical Services Scholarship for the 2025 Senior Class. The amount of the scholarship is $250.

Eligibility:
🔵 2025 Assumption High School Graduate or 2025 High School Graduate residing in Assumption Parish
🔵2.5+ GPA
🔵 The student plans to enroll in a college Automotive Technology Program by the Fall of 2025 Semester. The student can be going to school for any type of mechanic work.

How to Apply:
Fill out an application.
Deadline is March 1, 2025
Scholarship winner will be announced
May 1, 2025 and the scholarship will be awarded once the student provides proof of enrollment into the college of their choice meeting the criteria of the scholarship.
