Sometimes it's hard to know when to go to therapy. The more obvious reasons typically are acute symptoms of depression, anxiety, a loss or trauma. Therapy can also be a way to really learn about yourself and what motivates your behaviors and moods. Therapy creates an environment where you take a closer look at what is working in your life and things you can decide to change.

Whatever your reasons to consider therapy; curiosity, wanting to know and understand yourself, symptoms of depression, anxiety, a life trauma, please consider allowing a professional to guide you through your process.
